Team Manager in Operations Team

We are looking for a Team Manager in Operations Team to be a part of our Atea International Customer Center.

 

If you are self-driven and flexible within non-standard situations, with a customer-oriented mindset & “can do” attitude, you are the missing brick in our Team.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership of all activities performed by the Operations Unit towards Global customers within the quality & SLA targets:
    • Document & Contract management;
    • Reporting towards the customers; 
    • Governance meetings with all the Stakeholders;
    • Continuous Service Improvements & Risks control;
    • Up-to-date invoicing process maintenance.
  • Ownership of all Unit`s financial targets & budgeting;
  • Management and leadership of Operational Unit’s team members through regular individual meetings and development talks;
  • Handle Operational customers as per the internal Capacity plan.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in team management or high-level project management;
  • Excellent English language and communication skills;
  • Customer oriented mindset;
  • Self-driven and fast learner;
  • Management style: role model with “going extra mile” & “can do” attitude; 
  • Ability to adapt and handle fast changing/non-standard situations;
  • We would prefer previous experience related to IT or logistics field;
  • Higher education in related fields and ITIL knowledge to be considered as advantage.
