Service Delivery Support Team Lead

We are looking for a Service Delivery Support Team Lead to be a part of our Service Delivery Support Team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day to day leadership and direction to the Service Delivery Support team;
  • Be responsible for delivering a performance that meets or exceeds SLA and Quality targets;
  • Propose improvements to optimize the current services, support team in continuous improvement work;
  • Ensure high quality of the service and customer satisfaction;
  • Communication with the customers and other parties;
  • Represent team in internal, customer, partner, and supplier meetings to ensure, that team and company interests are upheld and communicated;
  • Develop and build a Service Delivery Support strategy to achieve company goals;
  • Motivate and inspire the team to reach and exceed at their goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent English (written and verbal);
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Ability to take initiative and be innovative;
  • Ability to set priorities and multitask;
  • Detail-oriented, accurate and precise.
