Service Delivery Support Team Lead
We are looking for a Service Delivery Support Team Lead to be a part of our Service Delivery Support Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day to day leadership and direction to the Service Delivery Support team;
- Be responsible for delivering a performance that meets or exceeds SLA and Quality targets;
- Propose improvements to optimize the current services, support team in continuous improvement work;
- Ensure high quality of the service and customer satisfaction;
- Communication with the customers and other parties;
- Represent team in internal, customer, partner, and supplier meetings to ensure, that team and company interests are upheld and communicated;
- Develop and build a Service Delivery Support strategy to achieve company goals;
- Motivate and inspire the team to reach and exceed at their goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English (written and verbal);
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
- Ability to take initiative and be innovative;
- Ability to set priorities and multitask;
- Detail-oriented, accurate and precise.
