Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to be a part of our HR team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing full cycle recruitment (from publishing job ads to arranging contract signing, conducting interviews etc.);
- Following the recruitment process and being an advocate of best practices;
- Communicating with the hiring managers and consulting them about hiring;
- Collaborating with our recruitment team;
- Updating recruitment reports;
- Participate in recruitment events.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English and Latvian, both written & spoken;
- You must be a strong relationship builder and know how to present yourself and the company;
- Great communicator;
- Ready to be the link between job seekers and Atea;
- Analytical and quick on your feet in unpredictable situations;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
