We’re hiring a

HR Specialist

We are looking for a HR Specialist to be a part of our Human Resources team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountability of ensuring continuous document life-cycle and practical task management related to HR matters within AGS;
  • Personnel Handbook practical administration – approvals, employee signatures etc.;
  • HR Tool practical administration – providing accesses, reports & statistics;
  • Intranet updates (e.g. Knowledge base regarding HR matters);
  • Maintenance of Relocation list and a timely information sharing with the supervisor/superior, necessary updates into Navision;
  • OVP organization;
  • HR process compliance with ISO, GDPR and other standards;
  • Up-to-date AGS Handbook & HR related documentation, main SPOC for AGS Portfolio management;
  • Engagement (or any other data) compilation;
  • Maintenance of employee agreements, staff report additional agreements or any other employee related personal information;
  • HR related Plenum slide creation based on HR team input.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken;
  • Previous experience in HR field with speciality in HR administration tasks for at least 1 year;
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a skill to think multiple steps ahead;
  • Analytical mindset with ability to create and maintain HR related documentation in correlation with HR specific competencies;
  • Flexibility and high adaptability to unpredictable conditions;
  • Eagerness for learning and expanding your skillset;
  • Experience with labor law interpretations.

YOUR MONTHLY GROSS SALARY

1200 – 1400 EUR
