Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist​ to be a part of our Software Development Business Unit.

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure web portal and tools stable functionality, configuration, issue troubleshooting, code execution;
  • Technical Support Specialist is expected to serve as a bridge between customer, developers, service owner and product owners;
  • Consultant is expected to assess the information in the ticket and deem further actions or escalations;
  • Provide fast response time on end-user incidents/problems and monitoring events based on best practices and approved SOPs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in MS SQL queries, PowerShell, Microsoft Azure;
  • Experience in working with ticketing system and technical documentation;
  • Good written and speaking English;
  • Self motivated;
  • Good communication skills.
