Technical Support Specialist
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to be a part of our Software Development Business Unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure web portal and tools stable functionality, configuration, issue troubleshooting, code execution;
- Technical Support Specialist is expected to serve as a bridge between customer, developers, service owner and product owners;
- Consultant is expected to assess the information in the ticket and deem further actions or escalations;
- Provide fast response time on end-user incidents/problems and monitoring events based on best practices and approved SOPs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in MS SQL queries, PowerShell, Microsoft Azure;
- Experience in working with ticketing system and technical documentation;
- Good written and speaking English;
- Self motivated;
- Good communication skills.
