RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment of IT specialists;
- The full-cycle of candidate’s recruitment (from sourcing to presenting to a hiring manager and organizing);
- Approaching passive candidates;
- Performing market research, conducting and scheduling interviews.
- Recruitment process development and improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- A specialist with at least 2 years of professional experience in independently conducting recruitment processes (IT recruitment preferable);
- Knowledge of tools and methods of recruitment and direct research(Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter);
- Good English knowledge (written and spoken);
- Result oriented;
- Great communication skills and professional attitude;
- Ability to organize your work independently and to work in a team.
