We are looking for a Customer IT Support Team Manager to be a part of our Service Desk team.
- Customer IT Support Team Manager is responsible for leading a team of 20 employees working with customer L1 support in various languages;
- Daily routines include driving service continuity, improvement development and implementation, capacity planning and scheduling;
- Atea Customer IT Support team delivers service globally to businesses of various kinds where our key take is to provide fast and professional support to the end users.
- Fluency in Latvian and English both written and spoken;
- Team leading experience would be considered as an advantage;
- Customer support experience is highly appreciated as well as any previous experience in IT industry;
- Good communication and coordination skills;
- An active interest in the IT field.
