Customer IT Support Team Manager

We are looking for a Customer IT Support Team Manager to be a part of our Service Desk team.

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer IT Support Team Manager is responsible for leading a team of 20 employees working with customer L1 support in various languages;
  • Daily routines include driving service continuity, improvement development and implementation, capacity planning and scheduling;
  • Atea Customer IT Support team delivers service globally to businesses of various kinds where our key take is to provide fast and professional support to the end users.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in Latvian and English both written and spoken;
  • Team leading experience would be considered as an advantage;
  • Customer support experience is highly appreciated as well as any previous experience in IT industry;
  • Good communication and coordination skills;
  • An active interest in the IT field.
