RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage IT service transition projects, create and manage project plans, milestones, stages, exceptions, tasks and work packages to ensure project deliveries meet required time, budget and quality constraints;

  • Identify, manage and escalate project issues, risks and changes;

  • IT service project management;

  • Provide input related to Project Management, Transition and customer onboarding process for tender, RFI, RFP and sales materials;

  • Investigate and when necessary involve SDM or Sales team to work on upsell opportunities during Transition;

  • Represent the company in meetings related to job role with existing and potential partners, customers;

  • Responsible for customers agreements and extensions during project phase;

  • Support various units within the organization on inquiries related to Project Management;

  • Customer, contract and process management related to Project Management;

  • Various process management according to ISO and ITIL best practices aligned with iQMS;

  • Perform other duties and tasks as per assignment or request of the Direct Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: higher education, preferably IT or Business Management​;

  • Previous experience: 3+ years​ in similar position;

  • Certification: preferably ITIL, PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI Project Management Professional, ITIL Practitioner​

  • Language: English C1 Level​
