Operational Excellence Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsible for the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery and to create a continuous improvement culture within the Atea Group IT organization;
- Ensure delivery of IT process improvement initiatives through the implementation of predetermined/agreed synergies;
- Provide strong management guidance and direction across all Atea Group IT solution areas and process improvement opportunities using Change Management methodologies;
- Ensure the timely implementation by directing, guiding others, and applying various operational excellence tools to resolve problems including providing training where required;
- The role will also play a key role in monitoring, assessing and developing required performance management and Quality & Business Value Scorecards applicable to the respective function.
REQUIREMENTS
- Working knowledge of uses of various MS technologies and ITSM systems;
- ITIL Foundation;
- Experience in different Service Desk tools;
- Understanding of Lean techniques;
- Recognizing and conveying Business value;
- Understanding of Business requirements & IT capabilities;
- Fluent English required;
