Operational Excellence Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall responsible for the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery and to create a continuous improvement culture within the Atea Group IT organization;
  • Ensure delivery of IT process improvement initiatives through the implementation of predetermined/agreed synergies;
  • Provide strong management guidance and direction across all Atea Group IT solution areas and process improvement opportunities using Change Management methodologies;
  • Ensure the timely implementation by directing, guiding others, and applying various operational excellence tools to resolve problems including providing training where required;
  • The role will also play a key role in monitoring, assessing and developing required performance management and Quality & Business Value Scorecards applicable to the respective function.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Working knowledge of uses of various MS technologies and ITSM systems;
  • ITIL Foundation;
  • Experience in different Service Desk tools;
  • Understanding of Lean techniques;
  • Recognizing and conveying Business value;
  • Understanding of Business requirements & IT capabilities;
  • Fluent English required;
