Technical Development Support

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Technical & Development Officer (TDO) when establishing technical solutions for internal departments;
- Support TDO in system ownership for assigned systems and tools within internal departments;
- Implement automation activities towards several departments in AGS as per TDO’s instructions and agreement with team leads based on individual KPI systems;
- Propose improvements and solutions through automation to reduce manual work and optimize workload;
- Performing development of projects based on, but not limited to following technology and tools: Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Query; ServiceNow, and Microsoft PowerBI;
- Taking part in automation implementation in production and working closely with the business to ensure, that automation matches the expectations;
- Making sure that improvement and automation initiatives are brought up to and discussed with the team leader for review, prioritization, and implementation;
- Saving solutions, source codes, robot workflows, and other supporting assets on provided backup and management systems, including, but not limited to: Azure DevOps, company intranet, and other repositories that are confirmed by the team lead;
- Participating in internal customer meetings, if required;
- Showing initiative in continual learning and participation in external training (if proposed);
- Ensuring high attention and involvement in escalations, major incidents, crises, and problem cases, as well as VIP requests and urgent assignments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Probation period has been passed in ABSC and AICC (tenure over 3 months will be considered as a benefit);
- 1 year has passed since the last position change in ADS and AMS;
- Good knowledge of Atea business and processes, including mission and process flow;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
- Strong interest in making business processes more effective by utilizing existing and new tools;
- Understanding the business needs and transforming them into real actions and completed development tasks;
- Excellent team working skills;
- Solid understanding of information technology and previous experience with automation initiative fulfillment.
