We’re hiring a

System Support Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering customer or team e-mails in accordance with service goals, solving and managing incidents and standard requests;
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting daily platform procedures based on existing procedures and performing required optimizations;
  • Isolate, identify and troubleshoot issues, and refer to problems to management as necessary;
  • Maintain, manage and monitor all aspects of information technology infrastructrure and SQL database;
  • Inform internal and external audience of any outages, provide end-user technical support, and maintain the knowledge base.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent English language skills;
  • Good practical skills in SQL;
  • PowerShell scripting language knowledge;
  • Windows Server and AD basics;
  • Good knowledge of Internet Information Services;
  • Flexible, innovative, goal oriented and accurate personality with analytical and structured thinking;
  • Great communication and coordinating skills.

Any of the following will be considered a benefit:

  • Microsoft Certification (SQL);
  • Hands-on experience with C# and .NET platform.
