Swedish speaking Service Desk Consultant

We are looking for a Swedish speaking Service Desk Consultant to be a part of our Service Desk team.

On a daily basis, our Service Desk supports customers in 11 languages – for them, it’s about always exceeding customer expectations, building trust and contributing to customer success.

 

Are you ready to be in the front line and lead the way?!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling incoming telephone calls and e-mails from customers;
  • Ensuring all customer contact with Service Desk is precisely recorded throughout the lifecycle of tickets;
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software problems, assisting users with desktop applications and provide user training;
  • Ensuring that tickets are managed and prioritized in an orderly manner;
  • Having a proactive approach to service improvement.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in Swedish and English;
  • A goal-oriented mindset with attention to details;
  • Good communication and coordination skills;
  • An active interest in the IT field;
  • Experience in the Customer Service field;
  • Familiarity with Citrix Environment and Active Directory;
  • ITIL Foundation.
