Swedish speaking Service Desk Consultant
We are looking for a Swedish speaking Service Desk Consultant to be a part of our Service Desk team.
- Handling incoming telephone calls and e-mails from customers;
- Ensuring all customer contact with Service Desk is precisely recorded throughout the lifecycle of tickets;
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems, assisting users with desktop applications and provide user training;
- Ensuring that tickets are managed and prioritized in an orderly manner;
- Having a proactive approach to service improvement.
- Fluency in Swedish and English;
- A goal-oriented mindset with attention to details;
- Good communication and coordination skills;
- An active interest in the IT field;
- Experience in the Customer Service field;
- Familiarity with Citrix Environment and Active Directory;
- ITIL Foundation.
