Software Developer Lead

We are looking for a Software Developer Lead to be a part of our Software Development team.


Responsible for technical alignment of the delivery team and the superior quality of all artifacts delivered in the product. This person will focus on solution design and establish a common technical vision for the delivery of project requirements. The ideal candidate would blend strong leadership, architecture, and development skills contributing to a highly functional team.



  • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications;
  • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code with documentation;
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues;
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, source control, and nugget packages;
  • Participate actively in design, code, and quality reviews;
  • Participate actively as a member of a scrum team including story creation, estimation, planning, sprint review demonstrations, and retrospectives;
  • Interact with the team, peer review, fix peer reported issues;
  • Identify risks and form contingency plans as soon as possible;
  • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentoring;
  • Motivate team and create a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.


  • Minimum 5+ years professional experience developing applications in C#, web applications in JavaScript/CSS/HTML
    Solid understanding of .NET Core, MVC, WebAPI;
  • Experience with server-less approach using Azure Functions, App Service, Azure DevOps;
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities;
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills;
  • Familiar with Continuous Delivery, Continuous Testing and Continuous Deployment (Azure Pipelines, Sonar Qube);
  • Proficient English (spoken & written).
