We’re hiring a

Software Developer


  • Perform development of assigned solutions based on, but not limited to following technology and tools, Microsoft Azure, .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, SQL, Entity Framework, HTML5, Bootstrap, MS Windows, Visual Studio, Amazon AWS, JQuery, and others;
  • Performing development of supporting infrastructure and performing necessary maintenance tasks;
  • Update development of sprint management system user story cards assigned to consultant with the latest status on daily basis and service management system tickets assigned to Developer with the latest status on a regular basis;
  • Making sure that communication and work quality, as well as service management ticket updated and follow-up quality and frequency, are aligned with customers’ requirements, company policies, and standards, and is oriented towards increasing overall service quality perception by Atea customers, colleagues across all Atea countries and other departments that are involved in overall service delivery;
  • Make sure that improvement and automation initiatives are brought up and discussed with the team leader for review, prioritization, and implementation;
  • Save solutions, source code and other supporting assets on provided backup and management systems, including, but not limited to: Azure, Microsoft DevOps, company intranet and other repositories that are confirmed by team lead;
  • Participate in internal as well as external customer meetings, if required, to ensure the highest possible end-customer satisfaction with IT Division services;
  • Strictly following companies exam baseline policy and showing initiative in continual learning and participation in external trainings (if proposed);
  • Ensuring high attention and involvement in escalations, major incidents, crises, and problem cases, as well as VIP requests and urgent assignments;
  • Participating in code reviews on a regular basis.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent experience;
  • 3 + years of professional experience on a software development team;
  • 2 + years of experience in C#/.NET;
  • Team-oriented and dependable with well-developed interpersonal skills and work habits;
  • Possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills while using good judgment;
  • Possess up-to-date knowledge of technological developments.
