Process Portfolio Manager

We are looking for a Process Portfolio Manager​ to be a part of our IT Delivery Business Unit.

 

Service Portfolio Management

Ensure that all services throughout the service lifecycle are aligned with company strategy, that they are properly maintained, coordinated and up to date. Ensure that Service Owner is assigned to each service. Ensure that Service Portfolio Management processes supports effective service management, new service design, service improvement and service review according to company goals.

Process Portfolio Management

Ensure that all processes throughout the process lifecycle are aligned with integrated Quality Management System, company strategy, that they are properly maintained, coordinated and up to date. Ensure that Process Owner and Process Manager is assigned to each process.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Service Portfolio Management process
  • Develop and maintain Service Portfolio framework based both on the best practices (including the industry standards and regulations) and the company strategy and goals. Actively manage all related processes including all process documentation
  • Provide the Service Owners and other involved parties with the procedures and tools to carry out the tasks of these processes
  • Take a supportive role in Service Design process. Aid the Service Owners in defining each service building block;
  • Ensure that all required activities are performed and the documentation required before service can be transitioned to Service Catalog and Operations is prepared;
  • Take a supportive role in Service Design process. Aid the Service Owners in defining each service building block;
  • Ensure that all required activities are performed and the documentation required before service can be transitioned to Service Catalog and Operations is prepared;
  • Maintain the Service Catalog containing information and documentation about operational services, maintain all its forms: internal, external and as part of other delivery tools and systems
  • Ensure correct Service categorization and correct taxonomy used in categorization
  • Ensure that a Service Owner is assigned to each service published in service catalog
  • Take the role of the Process Manager or Process Owner for the processes assigned according to the roles’ description
  • Design processes in compliance to ITIL best practices, ISO standards and iQMS
  • Ensure that processes are executed in daily activities by implementing the processes according to the approved procedures
  • Maintain the processes and perform process review.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-year experience in delivering IT services; or
  • 3-year experience in service management; or
  • 3-year experience in process management;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to apply industry best practices and regulations and modify them to correspond with company goals
  • Ability to develop new work methods
  • Strong coordination skills, ability to work and communicate across several delivery units, and ensure collaboration with many subject matter experts
  • Intellectual versatility and willingness to continuously learn.
