We are looking for a Service Desk Level 2 and Incident Management Team Manager!

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing of the Service Desk Level 2 and Incident Management teams ongoing operations;
  • Control capacity and ensure that the work is carried out throughout the defined timeframe;
  • Ensuring quality and productivity delivered;
  • Motivating  employees, ensuring good working relations between team members and manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken;
  • Higher education; Secondary Education; preferably IT related;
  • Good communicator and coordinator;
  • Accurate and responsible;
  • Obligatory qualification ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management;
  • Preferable: Microsoft Certification.

YOUR MONTHLY GROSS SALARY

2200 – 2500 EUR
