We are looking for a Service Desk Level 2 and Incident Management Team Manager!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing of the Service Desk Level 2 and Incident Management teams ongoing operations;
- Control capacity and ensure that the work is carried out throughout the defined timeframe;
- Ensuring quality and productivity delivered;
- Motivating employees, ensuring good working relations between team members and manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English both written and spoken;
- Higher education; Secondary Education; preferably IT related;
- Good communicator and coordinator;
- Accurate and responsible;
- Obligatory qualification ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management;
- Preferable: Microsoft Certification.
