Service Desk Delivery Manager
We’re looking for a Service Desk Delivery Manager to join our Service Desk team!
In this position you would be responsible for Service Desk deliveries based on current agreements with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction. Ensuring that customer processes are up to date, analyzing ticket trends, participate or host meetings with customers and other parties, ensure and increase the quality of Service Desk IT services and to build and maintain good and long-term business relationships, being the customer’s representative within the company and representing Atea Global Services towards the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for carrying out the assignments assigned within the framework of the position;
- Take part in and follow within Atea current policies, rules, routines, and process descriptions relevant to the position, such as:
- The Service Desk service description
- The Service Desk price lists
- Internal Atea processes related to ticket management and customer experience.
- Escalate within the delivery organization in case of special needs;
- Responsible for suggestions related to cooperation between customer and relevant parties within organization, and follow up on the cooperation model as such.
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferable Service Desk; Incident Management (or similar) experience;
- Process and procedure minded;
- Goal oriented and accurate;
- Leading skills;
- Flexible, manageable, adaptable, versatile;
- High communication skills.
