Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to be a part of our IT Delivery business unit.

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as main contact person for inquiries regarding assigned customers in operations phase
  • Oversee service delivery quality for assigned customers
  • Ensure services are delivered according to contractual requirements and processes are followed
  • Report on service delivery status and service levels
  • Lead internal and customer operations meetings
  • Coordinate and have daily communication with team managers and technicians to ensure timely delivery towards customers
  • Ensure all customer related documentation and information is up to date
  • Identify service delivery risks and possible improvement areas

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Problem solving mindset 
  • ITIL and Microsoft certification would be considered as an advantage, but are not mandatory
