We’re hiring a

Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to be a part of our IT Delivery business unit.

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent Atea Global Services (AGS) operation teams on the meetings with customer and be proactive;
  • Actively participate in Continuous Service Improvement initiatives, towards customer and AGS;
  • Be the first escalation point for cross unit deliverables, including technical escalations and major incidents;
  • To have daily communications and coordination with team managers/technicians and control timely delivery based on a contract;
  • Active participation in development of new services;
  • Active participation in evaluation and measurement of service performance. Reporting to management on all identified issues, problems around service deliverables;

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proactive;
  • Sense of urgency;
  • Team player;
  • Presentation skills;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • ITIL certification (Would be consider as advantage);
  • Microsoft Certification (Would be consider as advantage);
  • Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred).
