RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the department delivery at a High standard;
• Ensure all commitments are delivered to the highest standards;
• Anticipate product and business needs;
• Work closely with stakeholders and ensure technical support for the Squad;
• Ensure communication and dependencies between Product owners, Service Delivery Managers and the delivery teams;
• Delivery may be executed in different delivery models such as Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid;

Scrum master should also develop an awareness of how business processes and frameworks might impact the project set-up and execution.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent English language;
• Familiar ITIL, Agile, Scrum, Kanban practices and concepts will be considered as advantage;
• Good knowledge of IT Service delivery best practices;
• Ability to identify security risks;
• Analytical thinking;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written;

Knowledge of UX foundations will be considered as an advantage.
