Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to be a part of the largest IT infrastructure provider in the Nordic Region.

 

As project manager in Development & Governance Office in Atea you will lead IT infrastructure projects serving all Atea Managed Services divisions with a focus on delivering value. Ateas managed services division is on a journey from local focus to becoming a global player, and we need your to help guide the transformation.

You will be responsible for the management of projects from assessing, planning, staffing and resource allocation, execution, daily management, technical and organizational problem solving as well as follow-up, to commissioning, evaluation, and closure of the project. You must manage the stakeholder’s expectations, drive, and motivate the project participants and be the link between PMO, management and project team.

You will lead the project on behalf of the Project Board within specified constraints and liaises throughout the project with the Project Board and PMO. In Development & Governance our Project process and governance complies with PRINCE2.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle activities in the project and ensure that the team all pull in the same direction to achieve the goals;
  • Take ownership of the project and drive it proactively;
  • Facilitate creativity and innovation within the Project Team;
  • Assess and handle risks;
  • Implement the initiatives and decisions needed – with respect for budgets, governance, and deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in managing IT infrastructure projects;
  • A drivee to deliver high quality aligned with the expectations of the management;
  • Ability to work in a knowledge-based company where courses, training and hard work help develop you;
  • Preferably, a PRINCE2 and / or PRINCE2 Agile certification;
  • Familiarity with cost management, quality processes, process change requests, leadership and team building, problem-solving, reporting, facilitating meetings and conducting workshops.

YOUR MONTHLY GROSS SALARY

2200 – 2700 EUR
