Platform Operations Specialist

We are looking for Platform Operations Specialist in our Atea Digital Services, CSMS team. 

Platform Operations Specialist provides support to the business in using applications and services and contributes to maintaining and operating our end user and onsite services.



  • Work within the guidelines and routines defined for the service or another assignment
  • Work to ensure relevant KPI/PI’s goals for the team they are working with are met for the service or another assignment
  • Work with preventive maintenance and Pre-Check
  • Provide the end user the support that is agreed upon
  • Provide information to end users in the event of operational disturbances
  • Act as an action owner of the cases or orders they are assigned to
  • Act as a dispatcher of incoming tasks
  • Ensure correct use of Atea security policies and raise security issues were discovered
  • Drive the identification and escalation of problems in supported services and solutions
  • Contribute to knowledge management and the documentation of errors and known workarounds


  • Familiar with ITIL processes
  • Familiar with Agile Frameworks
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive and self-organized
  • Support experience in the standard services and solutions
  • Experience interacting with end user and factory
  • Absorbing technical information when it is systematically presented and applying it effectively
  • Awareness of standards and processes
  • Awareness of business requirements
