Operations Backup and Storage Specialist
We are looking for a Operations Backup and Storage Specialist to be a part of our DK Back-ups team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily support of enterprise level CommVault backup environment (missed/failed backup checks, troubleshoot/involve other departments or vendor, restores);
- Communication with a client regarding found issues/recommendations/service windows etc.;
- Proactive approach to service improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in backup related jobs;
- Incident handling experience;
- Windows server troubleshooting skills;
- Basic knowledge about SQL/Exchange/VSphere;
- Understanding of ITIL principles;
- Goal oriented and very accurate personality;
- Fluent English skills.
We welcome people with lvl2 Service Desk experience or similar, as initially, a large part of this role would be monitoring of existing structures.

YOUR MONTHLY GROSS SALARY
1700 – 2400 EUR
