Operational Excellence Manager

We are looking for a Operational Excellence Manager to be a part of our Atea Digital Services team.



  • A senior role in the internal IT organization of the Atea Group – Atea Digital Services
  • Overall responsible for the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery and to create a continuous improvement culture within the Atea Digital Services organization – across 7 countries;
  • Provide strong management guidance and direction across all Atea Digital Services solution & delivery areas and process improvement opportunities using Change Management methodologies;
  • Accountable for increasing the awareness levels of the staff in the various processes and service quality. This includes a focus on creating a work environment that engages employees at all levels in the Atea Digital Services organization to help drive out unnecessary (non-value adding) work, improve and simplify processes, create efficiencies and contribute to reducing operational costs;
  • Ensure delivery of IT process improvement initiatives through the implementation of predetermined/agreed synergies;
  • Ensure the timely implementation by directing, guiding others, and applying various operational excellence tools to resolve problems including providing training where required;
  • The role will also play a key role in monitoring, assessing required performance management and Quality & Business Value metrics at the Strategic and Tactical level, applicable to the respective functions.


  • Ability to lead, plan, drive & manage change across a global organization;
  • Experience in driving cultural change throughout an organization, across multiple countries;
  • Possess the expert knowledge to identify opportunities and convey the need for change to various levels of stakeholders, including C-Level;
  • Varied knowledge and understanding of business workflows, operational processes & systems;
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a high degree of commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to the strategic development of the business value delivery;
  • Working knowledge of uses of various MS technologies and ITSM systems;
  • Understanding of Lean techniques;
  • Recognizing and conveying IT contribution to Business value;
  • Extremely strong (English) communication skills – verbal, written and interpretation.
