We’re hiring a
Our Office Manager/Super-Hero will create a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Super-Hero will be flying through the office and helping us to improve procedures and day-to-day operations, making sure that office equipment is ready to use, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively.
- Support our amazing Employees in their everyday work-life;
- Being an awesome host for our office visitors;
- Work closely together with our HR and Marketing team;
- Manage office facility activities;
- Manage contract and negotiations with vendors, service providers;
- Perform administrative tasks related to event organization;
- Assist in other administrative tasks.
- Fluent in Latvian and English both – written and verbal;
- At least 1.5 years experience in similar role;
- Detail oriented;
- Passion for supporting others;
- Good communication skills.
