Junior Service Delivery Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Duties related to Customer system ticket administration;
  • CSMS ticket administration;
  • Ensuring quality of delivery and customer satisfaction for asset management and other “back office” operations;
  • Meeting company objectives in regards to asset management and other “back office” operations;

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
  • A drive for precision and structure with a keen eye for details;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Willingness to learn and become a knowledgeable and experienced specialist;
  • A responsible approach to work;
  • Patience to follow procedures;
  • Full time shift work
