Junior Service Delivery Support Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To perform duties related to Customer system ticket administration;
  • CSMS ticket administration;
  • Asset management;
  • “Back office” operations ensuring the highest possible quality of the service and customer satisfaction and at the same time meeting the company objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good spoken and written English;
  • Attention to detail, accurate and precise, stable performance;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure good and efficient cooperation within the team and Atea internal and external collaborators;
  • Ability to work individually;
  • Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable and experienced specialist;
  • Work ethics;
  • Patience to follow directions and procedures.
