Junior Procurement Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Placing Customer orders in eShop and ERP system;
- Executing accurate and timely procurement transactions to various distributors;
- Monitoring error logs from vendors, taking action, and understanding implication to the value chain;
- Checking delivery information from various distributors and updating the information in the ERP system;
- Preparing reports according to schedule and requests.
REQUIREMENTS
- Great written and spoken English;
- Patience and attention to details;
- Solution-oriented;
- Action-oriented;
- Independent;
- A high level of responsibility and punctuality;
- Basic IT skills (full training on tools that are being used will be provided);
- An ability to learn and the interest to become a knowledgeable and experienced specialist;
- Team player with “can do / customer first” attitude.
