Position Overview


Atea is the leading Nordic and Baltic supplier of IT infrastructure with approximately 6,504 employees and is present in 90 cities in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Atea Global Services is a part of Atea group and is located in Latvia, Riga. In our Riga office we have more than 350 colleagues and 120 of them are working in our Shared Services Center where we have 14 teams that provide support to our Scandinavian colleagues.

Job description, tasks

  • License order preparations, registrations and administration
  • Software renewal offer creation
  • Financial element handling in regards to software – invoicing on behalf of customer into the customer used ERP systems
  • As knowledge is gained from workflow experience, works jointly with Team Members and Management to develop and document department policy and procedures that follow compliance and industry standards

Requirements

  • Intermediate or better proficiency in English
  • Accurate and responsible person with goal oriented thinking
  • Quick learner and can work in a team as well as individually
  • Like to be punctual and organized
  • Able to work in a rapidly changing and demanding environment
