Junior Global Solution Sales Executive

If you are charismatic and talented in building relations, with keen eye on visuals, you are the missing brick in our Team.

We are looking for Junior Global Solution Sales Executive who will take leadership in sales activities by developing and presenting standard global solutions to our internal stakeholders within our existing Global Supply Chain delivery model.
If you are talented people-person, self-motivated, passionate for pitching and keen to grow, and thereby deliver a significant contribution to our sales targets, then this just might be the position for you!

By ensuring overall global delivery expertise, representing our Team in stakeholder negotiations, as well as developing and maintaining sales materials on global delivery solutions, you will be boosting our sales to new heights.



  • Serve as the subject matter expert for global delivery concept;
  • Describe and present standard global solutions & successfully negotiate with the customer;
  • Maintain close and trustworthy relationship with internal Stakeholders;
  • Develop and maintain sales strategy and own marketing materials regarding global delivery solutions;
  • Strategic price negotiations with suppliers (companies similar to Atea with presence outside of Nordics/Baltics);
  • Work with written proposal materials focusing on the customer key needs;
  • Accountability and reporting on the sales figures.

*Position doesn’t include cold sales or hunt for the customers.


  1. An advanced level of English, excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  2. Person with ability to find the right approach in each situation with skill to read people;
  3. Talent in negotiations & charismatic presenter;
  4. Self-disciplined to meet any deadlines, keep track on all the opportunities and always remember details on each case;
  5. Team player with “can do”, “willing to go extra mile” attitude and high work ethics;
  6. Interest in IT products.

Any of the following will be considered as advantage:

  • Experience in building trustful relationship in B2B sector;
  • Experience in active representing activities (e.g. company, product, service etc.);
  • Creativity and experience in visual content creation.
