ITSM Product Manager
We are looking for a ITSM Product Manager to be a part of our IT Delivery Business Unit.
The main goal for ITSM Product Manager is to overview, manage and lead activities in ServiceNow platform locally. Ensure the ITSM system and related tools, solutions are fit for purpose, aligned and meet company’s objectives. Improve the quality of ITSM and its use within the organization. Maintain work procedures and instructions.
Take ownership and hold accountability of ITSM systems, tools and solutions used within the organization. Establish collaboration with different subject matter experts and various stakeholders to ensure successful progression of the product roadmap, represent the organization in projects and boards related to ITSM systems.
- Lead and support ITSM system, tool and solution development initiatives;
- Identify continual service improvement initiatives related to ITSM system, tools and solutions;
- Customer, contract, service level and process management within ITSM systems;
- Provide input to various stakeholders as ITSM subject matter expert;
- Develop and maintain work procedures and instructions;
- Various process management according to ISO and ITIL best practices aligned with iQMS;
- Change and project management related to ITSM systems.
- Ability to work independently and high level of self-initiative;
- Intellectual versatility and willingness to continuously learn;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Understanding of business to technology mapping;
- Experience in different ITSM tools and systems (preferably ServiceNow platform);
- Experience and understanding of IT technologies;
- Experience in service or product ownership and management, service delivery, process management, project planning and execution.
