Italian Speaking Service Desk Consultant
We are looking for a Italian Speaking Service Desk Consultant to be a part of our Service Desk team.

On a daily basis, our Service Desk supports customers in 11 languages – for them, it’s about always exceeding customer expectations, building trust and contributing to customer success.
- Handling incoming telephone calls and e-mails from customers;
- Ensuring all customer contact with Service Desk is precisely recorded throughout the lifecycle of tickets;
- Ensuring that tickets are managed and prioritized in an orderly manner;
- Having a proactive approach to service improvement;
- Other Service Desk duties that are required.
- Fluency in Italian and English both written and spoken;
- Familiarity with Citrix Environments and Active Directory;
- ITIL Foundation;
- Customer Service experience;
- Good communication and coordination skills;
- An active interest in the IT field.
- A goal oriented and very accurate personality.
