IT Support Specialist
We are looking for a IT Support Specialist to be a part of our Common IT Services team.
The IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for solving day to day mishaps that will occur in the Atea Digital Services Common IT team.
- Solving different user and system related issues within different IT systems
- Collaborate with other teams on task execution and knowledge sharing purposes
- Assisting Incident Managers and IT application managers in different issue resolution and analysis
- At least 2 years of experience working as IT Support Specialist (or similar)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure will be considered an advantage
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Team player
- High sense of responsibility
