RESPONSIBILITIES

• SCCM and Intune infrastructure maintenance ensuring good environmental health and availability;
• Troubleshooting and resolving SCCM and Intune related issues and problems;
• Providing requested reports from SCCM and Intune;
• Ensuring service levels are met by reacting to issues or proactively resolving potential issues;
• Application management – application deployment, troubleshooting delivery issues;
• Patch management – ensuring devices are patched by defined procedures and reach service level agreements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English both written and spoken;
• Goal oriented, responsible and eager to learn;
• Being up to date with Microsoft technologies;
• Familiarity with how the IT infrastructures work;
• Related experience in the IT field;

Previous experience with SCCM or similar distribution system management tool will be considered an advantage.
