Atea Global Services is part of Atea Group. Due to the extensive development plans of Atea Global Services we are inviting new professionals to join our growing team.

Job description, tasks

  • Leading the number of teams involved in delivering day to day IT operation services for the enterprise customers as well as to small and medium business customers
  • Teams consist of highly skilled and technically advanced members that are grouped in smaller units and responsible for delivering certain type of technical IT services to the customers
  • Teams cooperation is crucial factor in delivering good service to the customers, those leader must be able to motivate team cooperation, align tasks and ensure service delivery continuity in the way that customers to receive professional and solid service experience
  • Manager will be responsible for cooperation with Service Owners who will own, develop and improve the services that to be delivered by Operational Teams reporting to IT Operation BU Manager
  • Successful candidate to be able to demonstrate good organizational skills, being able to dig into the root of the possible problems in various of deliveries, suggest best solutions and participate in execution where necessary
  • Successful candidate will be required to demonstrate good presentation skills as part of the job will be to present services, delivered by the teams to potential and existing customers
  • Successful candidate must be ready to continue professional self-development by participating in different courses, trainings and passing number of technical exams, costs of which will be covered by employer
  • Person to be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, being able to motivate and engage significant number of employees, same time being able to go to the details and help identifying most optimal technical solution

Requirements

  • Trackable experience in working with modern technical IT solutions and products
  • Trackable experience in managing IT technical people, teams that been involved in delivering outsourcing or insourcing IT services
  • Good leadership skills, ability to motivate and engage people
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies
  • Willingness to advance personal technical skills and being ready to “stay close” with modern technologies combining with capabilities to manage and influence significant amount of direct employees
  • Fluent in English, as main business language in the company
  • Good leadership skills, ability to motivate and engage people
