We’re hiring an

HR Specialist / Training Administrator (1 year fixed term)

We are looking for a new colleague to join the Atea Business Service Centre HR Team to support our recruitment, training and administration functions in an international company. Join us for a year to gain new experience, knowledge, an inside look at the GBS organization, and new connections for life! 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Internal and external training opportunity administration;
  • Training budget maintenance and reporting;
  • HR process management and documentation;
  • Communication and partnership establishment with external partners;
  • Research and business case creation for various projects;
  • Assisting higher management and HR team;
  • Consulting employees on HR related questions;
  • Participating in various meetings, maintaining notes, creating reports, and compiling HR data;
  • Execute ad-hoc requests;
  • Participate in recruitment projects and substitute Talent Acquisition Specialist;
  • Participate in employer branding events.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken;
  • Previous experience in HR field – training administration or involvement in training procedures with an understanding of internal, external recruitment and headhunting (including IT profiles) for at least 1 year;
  • Passion for people;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a skill to think multiple steps ahead;
  • Flexibility and high adaptability to unpredictable conditions;
  • Possibility to work independently, keeping in mind teamwork and appropriate communication;
  • Good understanding of the current job market and HR trends.
