We’re hiring a

HR Recruitment Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, manage and update job adds according to business requirements;
  • Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates;
  • Cold call candidates for positions and arrange required interviews;
  • Manage candidates throughout the interview process;
  • Develop position-specific screening questionnaires;
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partner, Managing director, hiring managers and project team to implement effective recruiting strategies and improve recruitment process;
  • Understand the company and the strategic directions of it and the market it is in;
  • Identify, screen and present top talent to hiring managers;
  • Leverage candidate tracking systems, data and searches in accordance to General Data Protection Regulation requirements;
  • Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidates;
  • Be an Ambassador of Atea Global Services;
  • Provide an excellent client management services.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent English and Latvian language skills;
  • Goal oriented, accurate, precise and friendly personality;
  • Ability to be flexible, multitask and adapt to diverse environment;
  • Great verbal and written communication skills;
  • Passion for working with people;
  • Team oriented mindset;
  • High sense of responsibility and stress tolerance.
