HR Consultant Assistant

 

 

We are looking for a personality that is interested in HR work, wants to be a helping hand in a fast paced work environment, enjoys working with people and fulfilling administrative tasks together with some ad-hoc assignments! This position will be able to show you both sides of the coin, give you unique experience and countless fun adventures in a corporate setting. From helping with event organisation to learning ins and outs of HR strategies – if you are ready to jump in and occasionally also lead interviews, if you are looking at your next colleagues as possible friends, this is the position for YOU!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Assist and collaborate with HR Team
  • Develop strong relationship with managers and employees
  • Assist General Manager if required
  • Update and manage various HR reports
  • Be an Ambassador of Atea Global Services
  • Provide excellent client management services
  • Involvement in recruitment process as a back-up for HR Recruiter

REQUIREMENTS

  • Open minded, friendly, welcoming personality
  • Quick thinking and high stress tolerance and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to adapt to very diverse and constantly changing work environment
  • Multitasking and attention to details
  • Excellent English and Latvian language skills
  • Passion for working with people and team oriented mindset

    B category drivers license is beneficial
