Job objective:

Global Project Management service`s main objective is to meet customer`s expectations and satisfaction related to the agreed deliverables from ATEA`s side (including supplier performance who are executing services and/or IT product deliveries on behalf of ATEA)

Requirements (in the following priority sequence):

  1. Excellent English language knowledge
  2. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  3. Sense of responsibility, loyalty and attention to details
  4. Team player with “can do” and “willing to go extra mile” attitude
  5. Experience/deep interest about IT products and/or services, as well as telecommunications or related technical fields
  6. Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (e.g. Telecommunications, IT, Business Management etc.)
  7. Effective communication and negotiation / presentation skills, as well as ability to leave good impression
  8. Strong analytic and decision making abilities
  9. Excellent time management skills
  10. The ability to assess and analyse the situation in stressful environment
  11. Candidate must be willing to travel when needed
  12. ITIL Certification will be considered as an advantage

Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of assigned customer case (cases) and perform following actions/tasks to achieve the very best results and highest customer satisfaction:
  • Ensure that customer specific agreements are in place with all involved parties
  • Ensure maintenance of Governance model including organizing and participation in necessary and assigned Governance level meetings with all involved parties
  • Ensure maintenance of RACI matrix – document explains precise responsibilities for ongoing projects (mostly in Operational level)
  • Ensure regular reporting internally and towards customers
  • Perform invoice control – by validating invoices issued by suppliers towards ATEA and execute escalation management in case of unpaid invoices or any deviations by any of the involved parties
  • Seek for continuous improvements related to the existing processes or activities, ensure improvement plan creation and management
  • Perform risk assessments and ensure risk mitigation or prevention actions
  • Hold high level partnership with the customer and other 3rd parties
  • Execute escalation management for any operational issues related to deliverables internally and via suppliers
  • Always seek for ways to go extra mile and outside described duties to satisfy customer needs
