Job objective:

Main objective of the Internal Marketing Specialist`s function is to provide well-structured descriptions, presentations or any other sales materials for Atea`s Global Delivery Capabilities of IT products and services. Announced role includes continuous cooperation with established Global supplier network which serves as the main IT product and service provider for Atea Globally, as well as combining their capabilities and pricing for Global tenders and performing evaluation for existing and new suppliers.

Requirements (in the following priority sequence):

  1. Excellent English language skills
  2. Previous experience in IT or Telecommunication field (understanding of IT)
  3. Creative mindset and ability to reflect Atea`s technical capabilities the way that would create interest of the potential customer
  4. Presentation skills and ability to create high standard marketing presentations for the customer
  5. Good mathematical skills to be able to gather and calculate pricing from all involved parties
  6. Sense of responsibility, loyalty and attention to the details
  7. Team player with “can do” and “willing to go extra mile” attitude
  8. Effective communication and negotiation skills, as well as ability to leave good impression
  9. Interest about IT products and/or services, as well as telecommunications or other related technical fields
  10. Excellent time management skills
  11. Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (e.g. Telecommunications, IT, Business Management, Marketing etc.) will be considered as an advantage
  12. ITIL Certification will be considered as an advantage

Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of assigned customer case (cases) and perform following actions/tasks to achieve the very best results:
  • Create customer specific sales proposals, presentations or any other sales materials that includes Atea`s established capabilities with existing supplier network
  • Negotiate with existing and potential international partners (suppliers) for better conditions of services and/or IT product deliveries (including the pricing)
  • Collect and map partner offerings (capabilities/pricing) across the world for services and/or IT product deliveries
  • Acknowledge Atea`s capabilities that are established in cooperation with existing partner (supplier) network to be able to describe working end-to-end processes for IT related service and/or product deliverables that can be offered to Atea`s customers
  • Monitor status of submitted tender/sales proposals
  • Take responsibility for different administrative tasks (e.g. preparation and processing of reports and documents)
  • Actively seek for improvements related to Global Supplier Management service existing processes with aim of optimization and increasing value. As well as register and manage the improvement execution (including documentation and/or trainings for the team)
  • Perform risk assessments and ensure risk mitigation or prevention
  • Ensure escalation management for any operational issues related to deliverables internally and via suppliers
  • Always seek for ways to go extra mile and outside described duties to satisfy customer needs
