German Speaking Service Desk consultant

We are looking for a German Speaking Service Desk consultant to be a part of our Service Desk team.

 

Are you, someone who freely orientates around your computer? Are you fluent in German and English? Do you enjoy helping people around you? Yes – then why don’t become a part of our bilingual Service Desk team!

On a daily basis, our Service Desk supports customers in 11 languages – for them, it’s about always exceeding customer expectations, building trust and contributing to customer success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling incoming telephone calls and e-mails from customers;
  • Ensuring all customer contact with Service Desk is precisely recorded throughout the lifecycle of tickets;
  • Ensuring that tickets are managed and prioritized in an orderly manner;
  • Having a proactive approach to service improvement;
  • Other Service Desk duties that are required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in German and English both written and spoken;
  • A goal orientated and very accurate personality;
  • Good communication and coordination skills;
  • An active interest in the IT field.
