We are looking for an Employee Relationship & Internal Project Coordinator to be a part of our Atea International Customer Center.


If you are friendly, caring, know the approach to each individual, have experience or interest in IT field and you are interested to find out more about how internal processes along with company initiatives contribute to the team`s targets – you are the missing brick in our Atea International Customer Center`s team.



  • Full responsibility related to Atea International Customer Center employee engagement and satisfaction (e.g. daily support, timely addressed issues etc.);
  • Employee development (incl. trainings, appraisals, other activities facilitating employee development);
  • Employee benefit package development and coordination (incl. bonus system and other company benefits);
  • Recruitment and newcomer onboarding and mentoring;
  • Internal Project coordination related to the department`s strategy fulfillment.


  • Excellent English both written and spoken;
  • Previous experience or education in human resources related field;
  • Ability to work with different personalities and find approach to each individual (friendly and caring attitude);
  • Detail oriented personality complying with set deadlines;
  • Experience or interest in IT to understand employee work specifics;
  • Basic knowledge in Project Management.
