We are looking for a Project Manager to be a part of our Atea International Customer Center.
If you are charismatic and creative in complex situations, with a customer-oriented mindset, and would like to work with IT, hardware, software, and onsite deliveries globally, you are the missing brick in our Team!
- Project Management related to new customer onboardings:
- Onboarding of new customers with IT products, software and on-site service deliveries globally;
- Onboarding includes: excellent communication with stakeholders; ability to work with legal templates; process designing and description; performance of risk assessment; implementation of different tools and systems; customer handover to operations team as a final step;
- Onboarding process is based on the best practice of ITIL
- Ability to determine improvement areas and continuously seek for onboarding process development;
- Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
- Previous experience in project management, service delivery management or transition management;
- Excellent English language and communication skills;
- Ownership of the customer (going extra mile, “can do attitude”);
- Flexibility to adjust to the ad-hoc situation (to handle non-standard situations);
- Good prioritization skills;
- Customer oriented mindset;
- We would prefer previous experience related to IT, logistics field;
- Higher education in related fields and ITIL knowledge to be considered as advantage.
