We’re hiring a
Contract Administrator
We are looking for a Contract Administrator to be a part of our Contract Administration team. Work in a hybrid model setup (Part-time from the office, part-time from home).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and report on costs and revenue of contracts;
- Investigate and address contract discrepancies with the responsible account managers, sales persons and other departments;
- Customer contract invoicing and crediting;
- Allocate vendor invoices to the correct contracts;
- Month closing activities;
- Various internal report creation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in economics, finance or accounting;
- Computer literate with very good Excel skills;
- General understanding about accounting principles;
- Fluent English skills both oral and written;
- Logical thinker;
- Likes to work with large amounts of data;
- Detail oriented, accurate and precise;
- Responsible and goal oriented;
- Flexible and innovative, fast learner.
