Service Delivery Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES

Team player personality. Ability to achieve results by organizing and motivating people;

Problem solving mindset, and root cause identification skills;
- Establish collaboration with team leads, managers, subject matter experts, and various stakeholders to ensure that business development goals are met successfully;

Experience in managing people, the confidence to communicate effectively;
- Provide regular and effective progress status updates to management;

Manage and support Continual Service Improvement of all services delivered by the company;
-
Coordinate and control resources, priorities, work plans, and activities within the company;
-
Service Level monitoring and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work independently and a high level of self-initiative;
-
Previous work experience in IT at least 1 year;
-
Higher education in computer science or equivalent;
-
Experience in IT Service Management and delivery.
