Service Delivery Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team player personality. Ability to achieve results by organizing and motivating people;

  • Problem solving mindset, and root cause identification skills;

  • Establish collaboration with team leads, managers, subject matter experts, and various stakeholders to ensure that business development goals are met successfully;
  • Experience in managing people, the confidence to communicate effectively;

  • Provide regular and effective progress status updates to management;
  • Manage and support Continual Service Improvement of all services delivered by the company;

  • Coordinate and control resources, priorities, work plans, and activities within the company;

  • Service Level monitoring and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work independently and a high level of self-initiative;
  • Previous work experience in IT at least 1 year;

  • Higher education in computer science or equivalent;

  • Experience in IT Service Management and delivery.
