Service Delivery Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent Atea Global Services operation teams on the meetings with customer and be proactive;
  • Actively participate in Continues Service Improvement initiatives, towards customer and Atea Global Services;
  • Be the first escalation point for cross unit deliverables, including technical escalations and major incidents;
  • Have daily communications and coordination with team managers/technicians and control timely delivery based on a contract;
  • Be accountable for assigning the responsible person from each of the teams to represent individual service delivery towards customer on different meetings
  • Active participation in development of new services;
  • Active participation in evaluation and measurement of service performance. Reporting to management on all identified issues, problems around service deliverables;
  • In close cooperation with direct manager execute new product development planning and management;
  • Making sure that all services are delivered in time following general Service Level Agreement stated in contracts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work independently and a high level of self-initiative;
  • Previous work experience in IT at least 1 year;

  • Higher education in computer science or equivalent;

  • Experience in IT Service Management and delivery.

    YOUR MONTHLY GROSS SALARY

    1544.94 – 1686.19 EUR
