Business Analyst – HR and Payroll
We are looking for a Business Analyst to be a part of the HR and Payroll team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaboration with global business stakeholders and Product Owners;
- To identify business needs and help business to improve their processes through digital transformation;
- SaaS solution vendor management – task registration, follow up and planning;
- Task definition for internal development and integration teams;
- Proactive participation and support for initiatives and internal projects;
- Business registered task management (support, configuration, problem analysis).
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent team working skills;
- Solid understanding of database, process flowchart, API and integration principles
- Experience in IT documentation creation
- Previous experience in Business Analyst or similar role at least 3 years.
