Business Analyst – HR and Payroll

We are looking for a Business Analyst to be a part of the HR and Payroll team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaboration with global business stakeholders and Product Owners;
  • To identify business needs and help business to improve their processes through digital transformation;
  • SaaS solution vendor management – task registration, follow up and planning;
  • Task definition for internal development and integration teams;
  • Proactive participation and support for initiatives and internal projects;
  • Business registered task management (support, configuration, problem analysis).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
  • Excellent team working skills;
  • Solid understanding of database, process flowchart, API and integration principles
  • Experience in IT documentation creation
  • Previous experience in Business Analyst or similar role at least 3 years.

YOUR MONTHLY GROSS SALARY

2400 – 3700 EUR
