Assistant Team Lead / Service Delivery Support Consultant

We are looking for a Assistant Team Lead / Service Delivery Support Consultant to be a part of our Service Delivery Support Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Team Leader in everyday activities, such as report creation, team management, new employee onboarding, and others;
  • Prepare notes from various meetings;
  • Help team members with everyday challenges;
  • Participate in team-building and other team activity planning;
  • Generate ideas for activities and improvements;
  • Substitute Team Leader during his/her absence;
  • Daily work with Service Delivery Support team tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently working in the Service Delivery Support team;
  • Probation period has been passed (tenure exceeding 3 months will be considered as a benefit);
  • Fluent English skills both oral and written;
  • Open-minded team player with a high sense of responsibility, great communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented, accurate and precise.
