Assistant Team Lead / Customer Care Specialist

We are looking for an Assistant Team Lead / Customer Care Specialist to be a part of our Customer Care Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily work with Customer Care Team tasks;
  • Help Team Leader in preparation for meetings and participate in them;
  • Generate ideas for team activities and improvements;
  • Help team members with everyday challenges;
  • Assist Team Leader in everyday activities, such as report creation, team management, new employee onboarding and others;
  • Prepare notes from various meetings;
  • Participate in team building and other team activity planning;
  • Substitute Team Leader during her absence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently working in the Customer Care team;
  • Probation period has been passed (tenure exceeding 3 months will be considered as a benefit);
  • Fluent English skills both oral and written;
  • Open-minded team player with a high sense of responsibility, great communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented, accurate and precise.
