Assistant Team Lead / Customer Care Specialist
We are looking for an Assistant Team Lead / Customer Care Specialist to be a part of our Customer Care Team.
Important to note:
- Work in a hybrid model – from the office or from home;

- Currently working in the Customer Care team;
- Probation period has been passed (tenure exceeding 3 months will be considered as a benefit).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily work with Customer Care Team tasks;
- Help Team Leader in preparation for meetings and participate in them;
- Generate ideas for team activities and improvements;
- Help team members with everyday challenges;
- Assist Team Leader in everyday activities, such as report creation, team management, new employee onboarding and others;
- Prepare notes from various meetings;
- Participate in team building and other team activity planning;
- Substitute Team Leader during her absence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently working in the Customer Care team;
- Probation period has been passed (tenure exceeding 3 months will be considered as a benefit);
- Fluent spoken and written English language skills;
- Team player with high sense of responsibility;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Eager to learn new things;
- Open minded and friendly personality;
- Precision, accuracy, and punctuality.
