When Atea was approached by a new customer looking for someone to provide a universal software deployment solution that would notify end users about upcoming software installations. The catch – it would need to be based on existing templates but behave in a more flexible way for system and user context deployments.
THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR THE TEAM AND I SEE SIMILAR SOLUTIONS HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS AS WELL.

The Atea solution:
You don’t need to say anything twice for our Application team – they investigated the existing customer solution, implemented the needed adjustments so the customer would receive their desired requirements. But that’s not enough for good customer service, is it? They didn’t think so – so they also improved the user interface, making the solution more convenient and user-friendly. After the development process was finished and successful tests performed the new version scripts were released.
Since the new solution was used in production deployment the success rate has increased, just like the end-user satisfaction with IT services.
