Customer Service Support Team Leader

We are looking for a Customer Service Support Team Leader to be a part of our Customer Service Support Team. Work in a hybrid model setup (Part-time from the office, part-time from home).

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day to day leadership and direction to the team serving our customers;
  • Be responsible for delivering the performance that meets or exceeds SLA and Quality targets;
  • Propose improvements to optimize the current services, and support the team in continuous improvement work;
  • Ensure high quality of the service and customer satisfaction;
  • Communication with the customers and other parties;
  • Represent team in internal, customer, partner, and supplier meetings to ensure, that teams and companies’ interests are upheld and communicated;
  • Develop and build strategy to achieve companies goals;
  • Motivate and inspire the team to reach and exceed their goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent English (written and verbal);
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Ability to take initiative and be innovative;
  • Ability to set priorities and multitask;
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and precise;
  • Experience in leading a Customer Care team will be considered as a benefit.

YOUR MONTHLY GROSS SALARY

1400 – 2000 EUR
